Zealth helps healthcare companies bring their products to patients. Our focus is on healthcare – and on building demand and minimising market restrictions. We aim to break down the silo mentality when it comes to sales, marketing, medical and corporate affairs. We believe demand and access is an interdisciplinary effort that can only be achieved if everyone works together.

Philosophy

Our philosophy is to create a unique team for each assignment combining in-house capabilities and partner competencies. We stay lean and deliver dynamic and price-competitive services – every time.

When working on team assignments, we use a structured approach to generate ideas and reduce bias, which is heavily inspired by Nobel Prize winning psychologist Daniel Kahneman. Professor emeritus of psychology and public affairs at Princeton University’s Woodrow Wilson School, Daniel Kahneman has pioneered research in decision-making and bias. We structure our approach in a way that helps participants explore new thinking, limits their bias and yields tangible results.

Background:

Jesper Zacho has +20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and consulting. Prior to starting Zealth, Jesper Zacho was Eli Lilly’s Country Lead for Denmark and Scandinavian Business Unit Director for oncology. He was also a member of Eli Lilly’s international management team for oncology. Jesper Zacho holds a MSc in Applied Economics, which includes training in health economics, and a BSc in International Business.

Work At Zealth:

Jesper is the owner and founder of Zealth. As Managing Director, Jesper’s focus is on strategic support within brand management, market access and organizational development. Through partnerships and strong dialogue, he looks for long-term common goals and commercial innovation to give Zealth customers a competitive advantage.

Philip Knott
Healthcare Director

Background:

Philip Knott has +30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Prior to joining Zealth, Philip Knott held a position as International Marketing Director within both lung cancer and sarcoma at Eli Lilly. He was also the Oncology Director for Northern Europe at Eli Lilly and has significant operational experience.

Philip is our pharmaceutical industry expert with a strong focus on marketing and sales. He helps customers create and implement their business strategies, advises on solutions having a customer-centric approach, marketing efficiency and effectiveness, go-to-market strategy, and more.

Morten Auscher
Nordic Healthcare Director

Background:

Morten Auscher has +20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, most recently as Country Lead and Corporate Affairs Director Nordic at Eli Lilly. He has an in-depth knowledge of the Nordic healthcare system and Nordic payer environment and is highly experienced in achieving regional and national access across the region. Morten also has extensive experience within sales, marketing and digital marketing being Business Unit Director for more than 5 years within oncology, men’s health, cardiology, bone and autoimmune diseases.

At Zealth:

Morten is our Nordic market access expert with a strong commercial understanding of the Nordic markets. He helps customers create and implement their market access and pricing strategies across the Nordic region. He also supports Zealth customers on their digital marketing initiatives and helps them optimize their channel mix.

Steve Brown
Senior Advisor

Background:

Steve Brown has +37 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and is an award-winning capability and training leader with experience in Europe, Middle East and Australia.

Work At Zealth:

Steve runs our activities in account management, strategic planning, sales excellence, sales leadership development and sales management coaching. He has himself designed, developed and led the implementation of the new coaching framework now utilized across all functions in Eli Lilly.

Sara Vinther
Healthcare Manager

Background:

Sara Vinther holds a MSc in Medical Market Access and BSc in Medicine with Industrial Specialization. Prior to joining Zealth, Sara worked at LEO Pharma in a regional position and at the Danish Center for Healthcare Improvements.

Work At Zealth:

Sara works within different areas, including medical affairs, medical education, marketing, pricing, reimbursement and market access. She provides international support in the launching phase of new drugs and/or indications and has experience with health economics and outcome analyses, development of medical training materials, multi-channel engagement, development of diverse types of marketing materials and performance and management presentations. She has also worked with the Danish HTA body, including HTA application submissions.

Jakob Mouritsen
Healthcare Manager

Background:

Jakob Mouritsen holds a MSc in Medical Market Access and a BSc in Medicine with Industrial Specialization. Prior to joining Zealth, Jakob was a HEOR junior consultant at HEOR Consult and worked with market access, reimbursement and health economics at Grünenthal Denmark and Ambu, respectively.

Work at Zealth:

Jakob has worked with numerous international clients and delivered solutions and support within different areas, such as pricing, reimbursement and market access, medical, health economics and forecasting. He has developed several health economic models and forecasting tools as well as marketing solutions, including customer interaction materials, playbooks, multi-channel engagement and performance and management presentations. He has also worked with the Danish HTA body, including HTA application submissions.

Michael Lauridsen
Senior Nordic Market Access Consultant

Background:

Michael Lauridsen holds a MSc in Pharmaceutical Science. He has extensive experience from the medicine committee of the Capital Region of Denmark and was previously a member of the Danish Medicines Council expert committees on lung cancer, breast cancer, myelomatosis and bladder and urothelial cancer. In the medicine committee, Michael responsible for devising and monitoring the implementation strategies from the Danish Medicines Council as well as monitoring adherence to guidelines at regional and hospital levels. In addition, he advised on the implementation strategies for drugs awaiting a marketing authorization and/or without a Danish Medicines Council assessment.

Work at Zealth:

Michael’s work is primarily focused on various market access aspects in the Nordic countries, including mapping of treatment landscapes, patient journey and stakeholder analyses and strategic support. His work covers different tasks in relation to the Danish HTA body as well, including health economic analyses, and benefits from the invaluable insights gained during his time in the medicine committee and as an expert committee member.

Rikke Brandt
Senior Nordic Market Access Consultant

Background:

Rikke Brandt holds a MSc in Medical Market Access and a BSc in Medicine with Industrial Specialization. Prior to joining Zealth, she worked with marketing and health economics projects at Bioclinica and 2A Pharma AB.

Work at Zealth:

Rikke primarily works with market access in Denmark, including application submissions to the Danish HTA body, market research and strategic support. She has extensive experience with the Danish HTA body and possesses a comprehensive knowledge about their methodological approaches and previous assessments, which is extremely valuable in the preparation of new HTA applications in Denmark. In addition to Danish market access projects, Rikke has experience with different international projects such as development of medical training materials and materials used in pricing, reimbursement and access.

Freja Bredmose
Healthcare Consultant

Background:

Freja Kurup Bredmose holds a MSc and BSc in Molecular Biology. She has extensive knowledge of and practical experience with basic research and is specialized in molecular medicine, immunobiology and biochemistry. Prior to joining Zealth, Freja worked at Aarhus University Student Administration and Services and as a student ambassador at Pharmadanmark.

Work at Zealth:

Freja has experience with both international projects, e.g. development of different types of communication materials, and Danish market access projects, e.g. mapping of treatment landscapes. She also works with Danish HTA body processes, including continuous monitoring of ongoing assessments.

Lina Knudsen
Healthcare Consultant

Background:

Lina Knudsen holds a PhD in Health Sciences, a MSc in Human Biology and a BSc in Biomedicine. Prior to joining Zealth, Lina worked at University of Copenhagen and Hospital of Southern Jutland, conducting basic research within molecular biology and gut microbiota.

Work at Zealth:

Lina’s primary focus is on development of various types of international customer materials and general international customer support.

Mille Vang Johanson
Healthcare Consultant

Background:

Mille Vang holds a MSc in Medical Market Access and a BSc in Medicine with Industrial Specialization. During her study time Mille has worked with different external partners including the Danish Regions, the Research Unit for General Practice in Aalborg, and the Danish Dementia Research Centre. The projects included topics such as interviewing strategies, health economic decision-making in clinical settings and market access strategies. Prior to joining Zealth, Mille worked as a student assistant in the Danish healthcare sector for more than 6 years.

Work at Zealth:

Mille Vang’s primary focus is Danish and international projects.

Albert Skovgaard Bisgaard
Analyst

Background:

Albert Skovgaard Bisgaard is currently studying Applied Mathematics at the Technical University of Denmark. During his education, Albert has worked with numerical problems and mathematical analyses as well as several programming languages, such as Python, MatLab, and C. He is also experienced in creating and editing videos.

Work At Zealth:

Albert primarily assists in forecast modelling. He also works with automatization of data collection and various other tasks.

 

Cathrine Ibsen
Analyst

Background:

Cathrine Ibsen holds an AP degree in Marketing Management from CPH Business Academy and a Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management from CBS. She is currently studying a MSc in Economics and Business Administration – Brand and Communications Management at Copenhagen Business School. Prior to joining Zealth, Cathrine was a student assistant for 3 years and a fulltime Marketing Assistant for 2 years at Elanco Animal Health. She has experience in brand management, market research, pricing, digital marketing, herein online consumer and B2B campaigns, and CRM databases (Salesforce).

Work at Zealth:

Cathrine Ibsen primarily assist in data collection, market research and digital marketing in both Danish and international projects. Her work also focuses on assisting in building customer interaction materials and different types of ad hoc tasks.

Mads Fuglesang Hansen
Analyst

Background:

Mads Fuglesang Hansen holds a BSc in Medicine with Industrial Specialization and is currently studying for a MSc in Medical Market Access. During his education, Mads has worked on several projects in collaboration with Viewcare A/S evaluating medical devices. These projects have provided Mads with experience in health economic decision-making and health technology assessments.
